“The front desk was very helpful when we had to decline to stay at this hotel. I am waiting for full refund due to the issues that made it physically/medically impossible for us to stay.”

“The room was clean and setup comfortably. I liked shower was a walk in. Nice breakfast variety.”

“No one was there to check us in. The room was filthy, the toilet ran constantly, the water was brown, we found ants and gnats in the room. We tried to over look the conditions because we were very tired from a day on the road but we had to leave when we found bed bugs. To make things worse the manager did not answer my any of calls. We had to rent another room for the night. The Budget Inn down the road is a much better choice. ”

“The heat in our room was not working. Outside temperature was 21. A second room proved to be still under renovation. The third room was acceptable. So in the end, it worked out.”
